Sometimes I add some fondant decorations here and there and I’ve done a few fully fondant covered cakes. Fondant Cakes – Accents or Completely Covered
I make my own marshmallow fondant. It tastes delicious – like marshmallows (or chocolate marshmallows with a “tootsie roll” vibe if you want a dark fondant!) and most people actually eat it with the cake, unlike regular fondant which I find usually gets pushed to the side of the plate and then tossed.
